Hede Preschool

Hede Preschool has two departments. The preschool is located near forests and nature. Härjedalen Municipality is a Sami administrative area, and the preschool therefore works with Sami integration. We are constantly working on the development and quality assurance of the preschool, known as systematic quality work.

Job Responsibilities

One of our employees will soon go on parental leave, and the preschool needs a substitute in her place.

Your responsibilities as a preschool teacher will be to work in accordance with the preschool curriculum LpFö2018. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and documenting the operations, as well as implementing the educational activities for children aged 1-5 years together with the team. Hede Preschool uses pedagogical documentation as a tool to achieve the goals in the curriculum.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a qualified preschool teacher or has good experience in the profession. You should be used to taking responsibility and being a good role model, as well as being responsive to children's expressions of will. You should be a present educator who can easily collaborate with different people and always focus on your mission with the children. Good language skills in Sami are an advantage. The role also involves being a good role model for children and colleagues, having a good understanding of the equal worth of all people, which we call a trusting approach. For this position, presenting a police record extract is a prerequisite for employment.

You will have the opportunity to take significant responsibility for realizing the goals in the curriculum. We have a strong focus on systematic quality work in our preschools, as the aim is to continuously improve the quality and develop teaching for our children.
