About the Position Here is your chance if you are looking for a really fun challenge and your next step in your career! This is one of our most valuable roles with the greatest opportunity to climb and develop. In this role, you will work as a flexible service manager, primarily serving as a receptionist for our various clients around the Gothenburg area.
The position is for you who enjoy a varied job where you work at different companies, such as real estate companies, banks, shopping centers and also at our conference facilities. As a flexible service manager, you will create a large network and gain a lot of experience from working at different companies within the business sector. During the first weeks, you will undergo training at our clients' locations alongside the regular staff. You will work both independently and in teams. Examples of tasks you may be responsible for include:
Acting as a mood manager and ensuring world-class service delivery to all visitors as a receptionist/service staff.
Administrative work in various systems
Bookings and orders
Conference management
Email and phone
Mail and package handling
Other related tasks that belong to the role of service staff.

About the Employment
Permanent employment with a 6-month initial probationary period
100% employment rate (on days when there is no immediate need, you will instead attend training/additional learning or support where needed)
Monday-Friday office hours approximately 08-17
The assignments are located in Gothenburg
Start in February
