Professional Galaxy is looking for an Engineering way of working on behalf of our client.

Requirements Profile Do you want to help drive modernization and efficiency in an organization facing exciting changes? We are looking for experienced consultants who can help us develop and implement new working methods around product development in ongoing projects and ensure that it becomes a natural part of our working methods. Main responsibilities • Contribute to our strategy – work to reduce lead time and cost through improved processes, modern product development philosophies, and increased digitalization. • Translate theory into practice – ensure that our contribution to and obtain a product development strategy is used in reality. • Collaboration in complex environments – ensure that working methods function in a collaborative world with one or more external partners. • Identify improvements – document improvement opportunities within processes and software for future prioritization and implementation. • Holistic view and digital thread – understand and contribute to the establishment of a coherent digital thread throughout the product life cycle. • Be an important cog in the team – collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and the business.

Your skills and experience • Solid experience with agile working methods. • Deep knowledge of modern product development philosophies. • Knowledge of tools such as CAE environments, Siemens Teamcenter, and/or SAP HANA. • Understanding of how to work in regulated environments. • Experience working in project form and reporting status on assigned tasks. • Experience working with external partners in complex project environments. Personal qualities • Communicative – you can explain complex issues in a simple way. • Results-oriented – you are driven to deliver value and achieve set goals. • Analytical and structured – you see the big picture but do not miss the details. • Holistic view – you understand how different parts are interconnected and affect each other.

Requirements The need for security clearance may arise. At least 50% presence in Trollhättan is expected, business trips within Sweden may occur.

Other Swedish is a requirement.
