ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now seeking a personal assistant for our client in Skene. The position is a temporary part-time role with work as needed, for example, during the absence of regular staff. The client requires assistance around the clock, which means you need to be able to work day, evening, and night shifts, both weekdays and weekends. Night shifts are awake shifts.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 40s who is wheelchair-bound and has a great interest in gaming, movies, and series. He also enjoys music, short excursions, good food, and spending time with friends.

We are now looking for someone who wants to become an important part of his daily life and act as his extended arms and legs. As a personal assistant, you help create the conditions for him to do what he enjoys and live his life in his own way.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR? 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and has the ability to see, understand, and analyze individual needs. You are attentive, social, and flexible, while also being proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged in your work. You respect personal integrity and understand that the role sometimes requires you to take a step back.

Previous experience as a personal assistant or equivalent is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you and the client enjoy each other's company. Therefore, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment rate: Temporary part-time.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
