As a district nurse/nurse, you belong to the organization of the Individual and Care Department with district nurses/nurses.

Currently, we are looking for someone who wants to be responsible for care and work daytime in a special accommodation. The shifts are currently scheduled during the day with one weekend every six weeks.

The work of the Individual and Care Department is based on a common value foundation where the individual should feel secure and meaningful, the interventions should be of good quality, and the individual should receive a good response.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with further education in open health and medical care or elderly care. You have a personal suitability for providing care, good judgment, are flexible in thought and action, are attentive, and have good collaboration skills, as well as actively contribute to moving the organization forward and are engaged in your own professional development. A driving license with category B is required.

The nurse leads the nursing work together with the unit manager, supervises and trains base staff. Together in the team, they work to provide the individual with good, safe, and secure care. The nurse drives necessary development work together with the MAS. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who wants to participate in leading and developing our operations!
