Your tasks

As a district nurse/nurse, you will be an important part of our team. With us, you will have varied tasks such as telephone advice, planned outpatient work, as well as triage and care of acute patients. We also have specialized clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, dementia, and heart failure. We view positively if you have an interest in or further education in diabetes.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse or a licensed nurse. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in primary care work. Specialist training in diabetes and/or heart failure is also meritorious.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and who always has the patient in focus. You are positive and flexible and have a good ability to create contacts. You should be able to work independently but also in a team. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
