Development Leader with a Focus on Physiotherapy
Do you want to contribute to development and work for close and cohesive care? We are now looking for a development leader with a focus on physiotherapy for the Care Choice Office, an important role where you combine medical expertise with follow-up, collaboration, and quality work in dialogue with the region's physiotherapy services and partners.
Your Workplace
The Care Choice Office is organized directly under the Health and Medical Care Director function. Within the Care Choice Office, the care choices available in the Värmland region are managed. Currently, these include care choice for health centers and care choice for physiotherapy. Additionally, providers operating under the national tariff are managed. A major focus for us is to work towards good and close care for everyone in Värmland.
We are now seeking a development leader for the Care Choice Office who will have a special responsibility for the physiotherapy care choice. In addition to this specific responsibility for physiotherapy, you will participate in other parts of the Care Choice Office's work. In this role, you are a neutral party that treats all providers equally in accordance with the Health and Medical Care Act.
We welcome applicants from both public and private sectors.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of development leader, you will be a medically qualified physiotherapist at the Care Choice Office. You will work closely with the local knowledge management organization in Region Värmland and the actors in the physiotherapy care choice to create a patient-oriented cohesive and close care. You will actively contribute to the development of physiotherapy in Värmland.
The assignment may include participating in various types of medical councils, working groups, and processes. Your tasks will consist of developing assignment descriptions in procurement documents and related routines, and in dialogue with providers, following up on their production and quality results. The development leader is the main contact person for established and potentially upcoming providers in the care choice but works within a team at the Care Choice Office.
The role further involves participating in the development and implementation of care agreements between the physiotherapy competence area and other medical specialties within Region Värmland, municipalities, and other partners, as well as developing working methods within the Physiotherapy competence area.
Your Skills and Competencies
We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with a strong interest in development and quality work. It is advantageous if you have experience with the Cosmic journal system and using data and follow-up tools for analysis and improvement work. We also value competence in development work and good knowledge of health and medical care follow-up. You have an easy time collaborating, building good relationships, and you are eager to share your knowledge and experiences. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
