Both for temporary positions and permanent roles.

Are you a nursing assistant or do you have experience working in home care and want a job that is vital? Do you enjoy varied tasks and that no day is the same? Then this job is for you.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you meet people in their homes and support them to live as independently as possible. You contribute to quality of life and receive a lot in return. The job has its challenges, but there is always room for laughter and smiles.

How do we view the job?

It is extremely important, of course. You will provide care and perform various service tasks in the care recipient's home, based on the individual's needs. All with the aim of creating conditions for a meaningful everyday life. Your tasks also include performing medical care and rehabilitation.

In various ways. We have a strong focus on development and innovation, including through digitalization and welfare technology. Right now, we are particularly focused on strengthening case management and employee involvement to create security for both employees and care recipients. We offer full-time positions and schedules without split shifts and work to create more time for care-related tasks. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits that you can enjoy outside of work. You have the opportunity to rent a cabin in Sälen or at the holiday resort on the west coast, as well as take gross salary deductions for a company car or bicycle.

Who are you?

A trained nursing assistant or someone with experience from similar activities, who is great at collaborating. You have an independent and flexible working style and master the Swedish language in speech and writing well enough to communicate with care recipients, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals. To work in the outskirts, you need a driver's license for a car, and in the city center, you need to be able to cycle. That’s how we reach care recipients around Karlstad, rain or shine.
