The remaining positions are primarily within home care services, so applicants must have a B-category driver's license.

Some positions are located in our outer districts (Björneborg/Visnum), which means you also need access to a personal car to commute to work.

In addition to your contractual hourly wage, you have a chance to earn an extra summer bonus!

• Full-Summer Bonus, 2,000 SEK: Work for at least 8 weeks with a health attendance rate of at least 90 percent.
• Rural Bonus, 2,000 SEK: Commute from the city center of Kristinehamn or from another municipality to our outer districts.

Working hours:

• Weeks 25–32 (You will receive your schedule well in advance so you can plan your days off this summer).
• Or work as a temporary hourly employee.

With us, you will work varying shifts such as day/evening, night, and weekends, depending on the department. The variation allows you to enjoy a summer life outside of work as well.

If you want to start working extra hours already during the spring, all opportunities exist for that. It's a great way to get into the job and earn extra money even before summer!

Job Responsibilities

In all our operations, your main task is to help people who need support and care in their daily lives. The job is social and varied, and you will get plenty of practice working flexibly and solution-oriented. You must be a person who can take responsibility and interact well with people. If you are driven by wanting to do good for others, that is a big plus.

You will work together with dedicated and skilled colleagues who want to contribute to the quality of life for our users and strengthen their ability to live an independent life.

Qualifications

You are welcome to have experience from similar work or education in nursing, child and youth activities, or any pedagogical education, but it is not a requirement.

Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You need good knowledge of the Swedish language
• B-category driver's license

To be eligible for employment within care and social services, you must present a valid personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website www.skatteverket.se (https://www.skatteverket.se).

You also need to show a valid extract from the Police's criminal record register www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se) (not older than 6 months).

Employment can only take place after verification of work permits, as required by the Aliens Ordinance, and after presenting a criminal record extract.

If you are invited to an interview, you must bring the aforementioned certificates with you to the interview.
