Munkfors Primary Care Center is a smaller clinic with approximately 4,000 registered patients. Around 13 dedicated employees belonging to the primary care center work here, along with approximately 5–7 employees belonging to various units within the region. We collaborate closely and work in a cross-professional manner. The team at the primary care center includes district physicians, district nurses, nursing assistants, psychosocial resources, healthcare administrators, and chiropodists.

Your Responsibilities

As a doctor here, you will have a varied job involving the investigation, treatment, and assessment of patients of all ages. You will collaborate closely with other professions at the clinic and handle both planned and urgent visits. In addition to the general medical clinic, the role includes doctor participation in the municipality's elderly care homes, BMM (Midwife Clinic), BVC (Child Health Center), and the youth clinic.

Your Knowledge and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general practice and eligible to work within Swedish healthcare. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have an easy time building good relationships with both patients and colleagues.

You enjoy clinic work and value continuity in patient contacts, where you meet patients with empathy. You enjoy mentoring and want to actively contribute to developing the primary care center, while always seeing the bigger picture.

Collaboration skills are important to us, and we would appreciate it if you found it easy to work together with colleagues from all our professional groups. You appreciate cross-professional working methods and see the value in leveraging different competencies within the team. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and are engaged, humble, structured, and quality-conscious with a solution-oriented approach.
