Your workplace

Radiology Torsby is part of Imaging and Functional Diagnostics in Värmland. We work regionally together with several tasks, such as bookings and review. The radiology clinic operates 24/7 and performs approximately 26,000 examinations per year.

At our radiology clinic, approximately 20 colleagues work, distributed across several staff categories. We collaborate closely with each other and have a family-like work environment. We perform conventional X-rays, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). We rotate between the different modalities, which makes the work exciting and varied. We have 24/7 operations and work according to a rotation schedule.

Your responsibilities

At the radiology clinic, we have equipment for computed tomography, MRI, ultrasound, and conventional X-ray. We perform most examinations using our own equipment and strive for everyone to rotate through all modalities and be able to handle a standard daily schedule. We use RIS & PACS and the Cambio Cosmic journal system. We work in three shifts at the clinic, which means we rotate between day, evening, and weekend shifts as well as nights.

Your knowledge and skills

We are looking for you who are a licensed radiographer. You must have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous experience in radiology work is an advantage.

You are secure, stable, self-aware, and adapt your approach to the situation. You adapt easily to changed circumstances, can quickly change your perspective and attitude, and see opportunities in change. You work well with other people and relate to them in a listening and flexible manner.

Interviews will be held during August.
