Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced service technician for our client in Alingsås/Vårgårda. Are you an engaged Service Technician who wants to ensure that our production runs smoothly, efficiently, and without interruption? If you have a technical interest, experience in machine maintenance, and thrive in a dynamic environment – this could be your next challenge!

Examples of Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician at the client, you will be a key person in their technical team. You will work with:

• Performing maintenance and repair of production equipment and machines
• Troubleshooting technical issues and quickly addressing them to minimize downtime
• Installing and commissioning new equipment and machines
• Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure the long-term functionality of the machines
• Collaborating closely with the production team to solve technical challenges
• Ensuring that all equipment complies with applicable safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with production equipment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical education in mechanics, automation, or similar.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good technical understanding and the ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and systematically, as well as take initiative to solve problems.
• Driver's license and access to a car

Troubleshooting and repairing machines and equipment is a significant part of the job, so experience in this area is highly desirable.
