What will you work with?

As an industrial electrician in property management, you will have a varied role where you work with the technical functions of buildings and facilities. The work combines practical electrical work with the operation, maintenance, and development of the property's technical systems.

You will, among other things:

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, assembly, and installations in industrial electrical installations and technical rooms
• Conduct rounds, inspections, and functional checks
• Work with electrical distribution, power supply, and process-related property systems, such as ventilation, heating/cooling, and power supply to production equipment
• Ensure that control, monitoring, and regulation systems function
• Participate in inspections and regulatory requirements, and work according to ESA and applicable electrical safety regulations
• Collaborate with operations technicians in other technical areas, often in cross-functional assignments
• On-call duty may occur

Who are you?

You are an initiative-driven and goal-oriented team player with the courage to make decisions to progress in your work. As a person, you are confident and curious, and you have positive and attentive communication with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors.

To be considered for the position, you have:

• Several years of professional experience as an electrician
• High school education, electrical and energy program or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of technical installations in property and industry
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
• Good computer and system skills
• Good ability in spoken and written Swedish
