At Scan's production facility in Skara, we are looking for summer substitutes; technicians in electricity, maintenance, and property, as well as operators for our local treatment plant during the period of June-August 2026. With us, you can perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, carry out repairs in production and workshop, report work in the maintenance system, work in the spare parts warehouse, or take care of the green areas around the facility. We offer a varied workday and great colleagues.

As a summer substitute at Scan, you will also receive benefits such as wellness grants and discounted meat and charcuterie products in one of our staff stores. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, self-driven, and responsible. You may have technical high school qualifications or other relevant education or work experience. You have a technical understanding and analytical ability, as well as good knowledge of mechanics and automation. You could also be someone with an interest in property maintenance. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and value teamwork and initiative.

What you can expect from us:

As a summer substitute, you will be welcomed into a group of wonderful people. During your initial time with us, we will train you in your tasks and in safety, quality, and hygiene. The position is full-time, and working hours are primarily during the day.

Scan values a good working environment, which is why health checks and random alcohol and drug tests may occur before and during your employment.

The summer period is between week 26 and week 33, with training occurring beforehand. Work may also occur after week 33, and we prefer that you can work the entire period, 8 weeks.
