We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented property caretaker who wants to work long-term and preventively to reduce the need for urgent measures. In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing supervision, maintenance, and improvements of our properties and premises. Adonia is a private care company. We rent out apartments in the secondary market to clients and also operate HVB and group homes.

The operations are spread across Gothenburg and nearby cities, so you need to be prepared to move between these locations as needed.

About the position

The position of property caretaker is broad and practical, encompassing both planned maintenance and varied tasks in daily property work. Your work directly contributes to safe, functional, and well-maintained environments, where you prevent workgroups from having to solve problems urgently.

Responsibilities

Preventive supervision and maintenance of properties.

Repairs in carpentry and simpler renovation work.

Work with plumbing, primarily water and sewage-related measures.

Moving and assembling furniture and preparing apartments. Cleaning may occur.

Minor renovation and improvement work.

Identify risks and address deficiencies before urgent problems arise.

Program iloq keys.

Qualifications

Service-oriented, structured, and preventive in your work approach.

Education as a carpenter, electrician, and/or plumbing technician is an advantage.

Practical experience in property management, repairs, and maintenance.

Previous experience with iloq programming is an advantage.

Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
