Personal Service Technician at Brandt Bil in Vara

Are you technically skilled, interested in cars, and enjoy providing world-class service? We are looking for a Personal Service Technician for our facility in Vara!

About the position

As a Personal Service Technician at Brandt, you will work with some of the most well-known brands in the automotive world - Volvo and Polestar. You play a key role in the customer experience, from the first contact to completed service and payment.

You are responsible for troubleshooting, service, and customer contact – you are the customer’s personal contact throughout the entire process. In our workshop, we work according to VPS, which means that two personal service technicians collaborate at each lift - shared responsibility for cars & customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, engaged, and always strives to deliver world-class service. You work in a structured manner, follow routines, and can easily adapt when plans change. You have a positive outlook, good teamwork skills, and always put the customer first. We prefer that you have experience with modern automotive technology and a great interest in vehicles.

Qualifications

✅ high school diploma - preferably in automotive technology
✅ Professional experience in car repair is a requirement
✅ at least a B driver's license
✅ good computer skills

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
