Waterfront Cabins, part of Svenska Hem in Bromma, is now seeking additional resources in property maintenance for on-call employment. The work primarily occurs as needed and is suitable for those who want to work extra, with the possibility of more hours during the summer months.

About the position

As a property caretaker with us, you will be part of a dynamic and engaged team where no day is the same. You will work with the daily operations of our properties, from maintenance and repairs to ensuring that all our guests have a smooth and pleasant stay.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily operation and maintenance of our properties – both inside and outside
• Addressing urgent maintenance requests
• Handling fire and evacuation alarms
• Contacting guests for simpler matters
• Collaborating with on-call staff, contractors, and the property team
• Work may occur during the day, evening, and weekends

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented and solution-focused
• Enjoys a flexible job where days can vary
• Can work independently but also collaborate in a team
• Has practical skills and is willing to take responsibility
• Has experience in similar work (meriting)
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• On-call employment

• Primarily working evenings and weekends, but daytime work may also occur
• Salary according to individual agreement
