Alarm Installer for Trygghetstjänster in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for an Alarm Installer for Trygghetstjänster located in Gothenburg. We are seeking someone who is service-minded, has a technical interest, and a strong commitment to creating safety for our customers.

About the Role

As an alarm installer, you will meet customers at pre-scheduled appointments for installation and recurring service. The role involves conducting complete planning, documentation, and installation of alarm components based on the customer's needs. In customer meetings, you will work with the customer's safety, and it is important that you can deliver knowledge, trust, and service. It is crucial that you are interested and gain good knowledge about loss prevention recommendations to help customers avoid future damages. You ensure high customer satisfaction through well-executed work and good social skills.

Our safety package is packaged together with Länsförsäkringar's other business, which means that together with banking, insurance, and real estate brokerage, we create a unique offer with several advantages. We provide our customers everything under one roof and a solution for a safer everyday life.

The work is done in close collaboration with other colleagues within LF Trygghetstjänster AB and Länsförsäkringar Gothenburg and Bohuslän. Therefore, it is important that you are a team player who sees opportunities and contributes with good atmosphere and energy for us to succeed together.

As an alarm installer, you will be trained to have basic knowledge of all Länsförsäkringar's products and services so that you can identify customer needs and refer them to your colleagues. Your employment will be with LF Trygghetstjänster AB based in Gothenburg. You will have access to a company car and will start from your home to reach our customers around Gothenburg and Bohuslän.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school diploma and preferably relevant post-secondary education
• Good knowledge of technology and electronics
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driving license B

It is advantageous if you have worked as an alarm technician, but it is not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have a good attitude towards our customers. You have your own drive and the ability to build good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. As a person, you are trustworthy, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented. We offer the market's most customer-oriented safety solutions within alarms and security, as an integrated part of Länsförsäkringar's broad range of services and products. Our focus is to create comprehensive solutions for private and corporate customers, with particular emphasis on fire, water, and burglary protection. An important part of our mission is to work preventively in a professional and proactive manner to create safer environments for our customers and reduce the risks of damage.
