What we offer

At the Torslanda plant, the construction of a state-of-the-art battery assembly facility is currently underway, scheduled to be completed in early 2026. This presents a unique opportunity to be involved from the start and work with the operation, maintenance, and development of the property's technical systems in a completely new facility.

As a property technician/maintenance technician, you will be a key person in ensuring that the property and its installations function optimally – both during the construction phase and in full operation. The work is varied and takes place in close collaboration with both internal functions and external suppliers. Initially, working hours will be during the day, but may over time transition to shift work depending on the needs of the operation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your tasks
In the role of property technician/maintenance technician, you are responsible for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of the property's technical systems, both preventive and corrective. Examples of tasks include:

• Operation and maintenance of property technical systems such as:
• Electrical systems
• Ventilation, heating, and cooling
• Compressed air, water
• Doors
• Troubleshooting and resolution of technical disturbances in the property
• Participation in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new systems
• Collaboration with contractors and suppliers
• Documentation and follow-up in maintenance systems
• Active work with safety, workplace environment, and energy efficiency

You will work in a high-tech industrial environment where availability, safety, and quality are the focus.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education in property technology, electrical engineering, HVAC, energy, or equivalent
• Practical experience in property operations or technical maintenance
• Good technical understanding and experience in troubleshooting
• Driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Electrical certification or equivalent electrical competence
• Experience with control and regulation systems (BMS/SCADA/KEYLOGIC)
• Experience with maintenance systems, such as Maxim
• Knowledge of industrial or production properties

You are comfortable working digitally and using a computer as a natural work tool.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and have a strong focus on safety. You enjoy working both independently and in teams and find it easy to collaborate with different functions. Since the environment is in constant development, you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and curious about new technology. You take initiative and have a clear focus on quality and sustainable long-term solutions.
