Property Technician (Temporary) – Gothenburg | Studentbostäder i Norden

📅 Period: April 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027

Make a difference in students' everyday lives! We are looking for a service-oriented, self-driven property technician who wants to be our face to the public and create safe, well-maintained living environments in Gothenburg and Trollhättan.

About the position

As a temporary Property Technician at Studentbostäder i Norden, you will be part of a cohesive team in Gothenburg. We are driven by our core values Responsible, Open, and Forward-Thinking – with us, you can influence, develop, and be part of an exciting journey.

Your responsibilities include:

• Being the link between management and tenants
• Key management, customer contact, and information handling
• Creating comfort and community through events
• Handling maintenance requests, conducting inspections and controls
• Preparing billing documentation
• Following up with contractors for external maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work and computer skills
• Background in property technology, service, maintenance, or similar
• Driver's license (B) is required
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English – additional languages are a plus

You are social, engaged, and self-driven. You are passionate about service, have good communication skills, and build long-term relationships.
