Service Leader/Project Manager Electrical Service

Your new job

In this role, you will work independently on many different types of service assignments. You will also be responsible for smaller installation projects from project planning to delivery.

Your main tasks will consist of:

• Leading and engaging employees with daily contact.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with customers in and between projects.
• By engaging in the projects, you capture customer needs and respond with proposed solutions.
• Being responsible for contracts and follow-up of financial results, technical quality, and documentation in assignments.
• Managing purchases, resource planning, and quality and work environment efforts.
• Being involved in Bravida's improvement work.

Your new team

Your new team consists of service and security technicians working with all customer categories, focusing on property owners, commercial businesses, smaller electrical contracts, and private individuals. Installations in electrical, access, alarm, and fire systems are our main areas. The staffing is dynamic and in collaboration with nearby branches such as Strömstad, Lidköping, Skövde, and Gothenburg.

To succeed in the role, you need

• Experience as a self-employed entrepreneur, leading installer, service leader, or project manager in electrical work.
• Financial understanding from both the customer's and Bravida's perspective.
• Ease in customer contact via phone or preferably in person with customers.
• A valid driver's license (B).

Great emphasis will be placed on your personality as you, together with the service manager, create the everyday life for both the department and yourselves. The direction for the department is set by the service manager and you, and we will build the team together with the technicians. With us, it’s just like with everyone else but a little nicer, and that depends on you and your colleagues. Of course, we have challenges in everyday life, which is good, as it drives and develops us as a department.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed

As a person, you are meticulous and have a structured way of working and can easily recount your decisions. It is important that you have good leadership qualities, a sense of teamwork, and an open atmosphere. You need to be passionate about doing business. Ideally, you are active in a local association. Good administrative skills and experience with digital tools. Solution-oriented and attentive to customers and employees.
