As an operator in the process department, you will work with the manufacturing of nicotine granules. Please note this position is for evening shifts.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be a structured, self-driven, and meticulous person with a genuine interest in technology and processes. We prefer that you are open, straightforward, and clear in communication, unpretentious, persistent, and quick-witted with a high ability to prioritize. You should enjoy working with manual tasks and be flexible to work throughout the process as you will rotate between different tasks.

Your work will include tasks such as preparation of additives, handling of chemicals, monitoring of the process, sampling, disassembly/assembly, and cleaning of equipment. Working on continuous improvements both internally and cross-functionally is a given. You need to be able to work in a cool and dry environment.

The department will closely collaborate with the Innovation Center, Production, and our quality lab as recipe management, test runs, and analysis results are part of the daily work. This entails close communication with internal contacts, which requires good organizational skills and a strong sense of service.

We are looking for someone who possesses strong self-leadership qualities, has the right drive, personality, and experience. Previous work in production and process technology is a plus.

We want you to have:

• 18 years old and have a relevant high school education, preferably with a technical focus
• Experience working with control systems and process flows
• Experience with industrial tools
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience with business systems is a plus
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Forklift license
