As a member of our maintenance teams, you will have a versatile job where you primarily work with outdoor maintenance, such as lawn mowing, weeding, hedge trimming, as well as cleaning facilities and environmental rooms. This is a job for you who enjoy being outdoors and have a genuine interest in gardening. With us, computers and mobile phones are essential tools, and every work order is handled digitally.

Since you will meet many people daily, it is required that you are both social and professional and passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers – the residents of the housing cooperatives.

Contribute with Your Skills and Commitment

We are currently looking for individuals with previous experience in property maintenance. You are practical, enjoy meeting people, and deliver service with a warm smile. Education and previous experience in gardening are advantageous but not required. As we work with machines and motorized gardening tools, it is beneficial if you have prior experience with machinery. As a person, you thrive in working both independently and collaboratively with a team, and you communicate easily both within the group and with customers. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and can structure your work effectively. You can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is located in Mariestad and Töreboda; please indicate in your application which location you are interested in.

In your application, we would like you to attach your CV and cover letter. A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for this position. You should have experience driving vehicles with trailers and understand what that entails.
