Process Operator with a Focus on Mixing

About the Role

As a process operator with a focus on mixing, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring mixing according to recipes, so that production has the right materials at the right time.
• Ensuring compliance with the schedule according to planning.
• Conducting quality controls and documenting.
• Taking responsibility for any deficiencies in production and ensuring solutions.
• Collaborating with colleagues in production to ensure planning meets needs.
• Operating forklifts and managing material flows.

You will work closely with the production manager, product development, production planning, and operators. Together, we ensure that the flow works and that we deliver products we can be proud of.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education (preferably with a focus on science or industry)
• 2-3 years of experience in production or industry
• Basic IT skills
• Has a driver's license (B) and forklift license is an advantage
• Speaks and writes Swedish

It is also advantageous if you have previous experience in chemical handling and Lean.

Practical Information:

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment for 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment
• Scope: Full-time
• Working hours: 2-shift, Mon-Fri.
• Start date: According to agreement
• Location: Västra långgatan 8, Älgarås
