JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We work according to a salutogenic approach and strive to see the whole person.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will work with care and service efforts in the customer's home based on the implementation plan. This may involve everything from escorting and personal hygiene to daily chores and walks. We work according to Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and continuously use digital solutions and systems. We are proud to be available for our customers every day and hour of the year, which means we work days, evenings, and weekends. The job includes good communication with customers and relatives, close collaboration with colleagues, as well as health and medical tasks delegated by a nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nursing assistant
• Professional certificate from completed and approved nursing assistant education for high school program or other approved education. Alternatively, care assistant
• Swedish language skills and good computer proficiency
• Documentation is an important part of our work, and you therefore need to have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• Driver's license B
• Documented experience

It is an advantage if you have work experience in care and support, low-arousal approach and/or clarifying pedagogy, as well as experience in documentation in the Life Care system.
