Job Description

As a diabetes nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you both meet patients at our nursing reception and run your own diabetes clinic.

Your role includes standard reception tasks such as health checks, vaccinations, wound care, medication management, and telephone counseling, and at the diabetes clinic, you provide individually tailored advice, education, and support to patients with diabetes. You have independent responsibility for, among other things, scheduling, invitations, follow-ups, and assessment of treatment as well as ordering diabetes aids.

Who are you?

We are looking for a competent and positive district nurse with further education in diabetes care. If you have previous experience in primary care, this is highly meritorious. You are responsible and have a good ability to collaborate as well as make independent decisions. We value that you bring new ideas and engage in the development of the business. We place great importance on you contributing to an open and positive work environment together with your colleagues and that you also care about providing a good reception both over the phone and in personal meetings with our patients.
