We are currently looking for someone to work at Mariegården residence in Svängsta.

Karlshamns municipality currently operates 2 residences focused on psychiatry in accordance with SoL (Social Services Act). The residences are located in Asarum and Svängsta and are run with a focus on the users, aiming to provide safety, participation, satisfaction, and quality.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment until 31/8-2026, with immediate start or as agreed.

Job Responsibilities:
You will provide social and pedagogical support for individuals with mental disabilities. You will motivate them to create structure at home and contribute to a functioning daily life based on individually tailored support that meets the individual's wishes and needs. We work with evidence-based methods.

You should be able to work with long-term strategies but also find solutions to urgent situations, collaborating with resource persons within the organization both internally and externally.
The schedule is based on a combination of day, evening, LJK night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:
You are an educated social pedagogue, treatment assistant, nursing assistant in psychiatry, or have another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. We prefer that you have previous experience and interest in working with the target group.
As a person, you are flexible with good collaboration skills but can also work independently. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Within the framework of the assignment, there is a requirement for documentation obligations and experience using the LifeCare system. The work requires good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, as well as a B driver's license for manual transmission.
