Description

We are a wonderful group of nurses looking for a colleague for our short-term care services.

Our work takes place in interdisciplinary teams consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, case managers, unit managers, and close collaboration with the MAS. The competence and collective experience of our team enable us to provide individuals with care of very high quality and good service. Together, we work for openness, honesty, and joy.

Responsibilities

As a nurse in our team, you will focus on the strengths of the individual, addressing individual care needs according to the Health and Medical Services Act. In your important role, you will be responsible for your own assessments, carry out and lead health and medical interventions, delegation, and medication management. Documentation is done in our operational system. The job also includes mentoring, leading, and delegating to colleagues on medical issues. Within the organization, you will utilize your skills as a nurse in both specialized care and palliative care.

The position is daytime, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with further education in primary health care or elderly care. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, flexible, and desires a varied job. As a person, you are unpretentious, treat people with respect, can work independently, and make your own decisions. You see the whole picture regarding individuals and collaborate with the entire team around the patient to achieve the best possible care and security.

You need to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license is required as you may need to travel between units as necessary.
