We work with our various client companies and deliver services in occupational health, health development, rehabilitation, and healthcare.

We are where our clients are – therefore, you can work both at our unit, at our clients' locations, and occasionally at our units in the local area.

We deliver services including occupational health and health development and rehabilitation.

As a company doctor with us, you have the opportunity for close collaboration with employers, which allows for influence over the patient's work environment over time. You provide support to management teams, individual managers, HR departments, and employees on issues related to health and work, rehabilitation, and healthcare. You work proactively, preventively, and supportively based on identified needs in close cooperation with our clients and other professional categories in the unit. You will be able to work at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The assignments include, among other things, assessing ill health with subsequent planning and actions based on needs, counseling, conducting statutory checks/medical examinations, workplace visits, and work capacity assessments.

You work during the day (no on-call duty, no night or weekend work). You will have the opportunity to move between different environments: both in terms of service at different locations and in terms of our clients' many different work areas. We are looking for you who are a specialist doctor, preferably with company doctor training or other specialist competence in a relevant field. You have a burning interest in people in the workplace, a holistic view, and would like to work in a preventive and promotional way.

You are both independent, decision-capable, and have the ability to create good relationships as the work involves a lot of interaction with different kinds of people. Furthermore, you are good at handling complex situations, are business-minded, consultative, and have a high ethical compass.
