About Us
AniCura Blekinge Small Animal Clinic is part of AniCura – a leading player in veterinary care for companion animals in Europe. Our vision is to create the future of veterinary care together, focusing on quality, service, and continuous development.
At our clinic in Blekinge, we are about 20 employees working together to provide our patients with the best possible care. The clinic is open on weekdays and has a loyal and satisfied customer base. Historically, we have had a large clientele in dentistry as we have been able to offer very advanced dental care. We still have great expertise on-site but would need to offer more slots, making this a prioritized area in Blekinge. You will have the opportunity for further development locally, as well as through external courses.
We work closely with AniCura Kalmarsund Animal Hospital, where specialist expertise exists in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, cardiology, dentistry, imaging diagnostics, reproduction, and emergency care. We also collaborate with clinics in Läckeby, Högsby, and Borgholm. Together, we strive to be there for our animals and their owners every day, and there are great opportunities for knowledge exchange between the clinics and the animal hospital.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone interested in developing our dental department and therefore will focus on an individual with great drive and commitment. We offer training based on your skill level to ensure that we can provide good dental care to all our patients.
We are looking for someone who:
· Is a licensed veterinarian and interested in working with and developing in dentistry
· Enjoys communicating with both pet owners and colleagues
· Has a calm and confident approach with dogs and cats
· Master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
For us, it is important that you share our five principles:
Quality, responsibility, reciprocity, efficiency, and freedom.
We place great importance on your personal qualities and your passion for animals, that you are positive and skilled in your interactions, and have the desire to constantly develop and learn. Your initiative is important, as is your ability to collaborate and cooperate.
What We Offer
Our ambition is to be Sweden's best workplace, and we want everyone who comes to us to stay long and develop together with us. We offer a safe working environment where we help and support each other – and where you can continue to grow in your professional role.
With us, there is the opportunity to bring your dog to work, and we offer a generous wellness allowance.
The position is a permanent position starting from mid-March or by agreement. We apply a probationary period.
