About the job as a pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales in prescription and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

We are looking for a flexible and dedicated pharmacist who wants to deliver the best customer service. We have a wide range of self-care products at our pharmacy and a customer group that appreciates our expertise in self-care combined with counseling in prescription handling. We are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about personal sales/counseling, has a drive to present a selling and well-exposed pharmacy, and has a coaching approach to colleagues to achieve set sales targets. We work as a team and find joy in collectively reaching set sales targets, and we enjoy celebrating together when we succeed.

For me as a manager, it is of great importance that you are engaged, goal-oriented, and take your own initiatives in your role as a pharmacist, ensuring that the customer's needs for counseling and ensuring correct medication use are met, and that you are passionate about value-added sales and contribute to a good team spirit to achieve our common goals.

We are open weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturdays from 10:00 to 15:00, and Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00.

We are a wonderful team that gives that little extra in every customer meeting.

The position is permanent. The position is full-time or part-time. The start date for the position is as soon as possible or by agreement. Interviews and the selection process will be ongoing, so do not hesitate to apply directly. A probationary period may apply.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and commitment in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
