About Us

The mission of the Staffing Pool is to meet the departments' need for personnel during short-term absences and to staff the hospitals in Karlshamn and Karlskrona with high competence, joy, and willingness to serve.

The Staffing Pool consists of permanent employed nursing assistants, caregivers, and nurses as well as hourly employees, all gathered under a department head with a staffing coordinator.

About the Job

Are you attracted to variety and flexibility in your job? Do you want to gain variation by trying different workplaces and work methods while broadening your competence? Then we have the job for you!

As a permanent employed nursing assistant, you will have your organizational affiliation in the Staffing Pool but will perform your work in various care departments. Primarily in care departments in Karlskrona but also in Karlshamn during short-term absences. The position involves variation and change; you gain broad competence and continuously meet new colleagues on your staffing assignments. Working in the staffing pool requires experience and flexibility, and we therefore offer a salary supplement to our permanent employees.

About You

We are looking for someone who is secure in their professional role and shows great commitment with a good sense of service. You should enjoy working independently. You are a trained nursing assistant with at least a couple of years of experience from care departments within inpatient care. For the position, it is required that you can express yourself well in the Swedish language. It is an advantage if you have experience from several different operations.

As a person, you need to be service-oriented, flexible, proactive, and able to create contacts. If you are positive and enjoy the variation that this work entails, you thrive in working in different departments and meeting new patients and colleagues. As a nursing assistant in the staffing pool, you will receive an individually tailored introduction and training plan. We place great importance on personal suitability.

About the Employment

Salary: Monthly salary with a salary supplement.
Employment type: Permanent, probationary employment may occur for the position.

Schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts

Region Blekinge places all permanent staff in a state of readiness. Some of our positions are security classified, where the employee must undergo a security clearance interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
