JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your assignment includes following up and monitoring the quality work in your workgroup together with the unit manager. This includes, among other things, monitoring compliance with guidelines and routines, and ensuring that the workgroup works towards achieving the established goals of the organization. As a quality responsible nursing assistant, you are part of the workgroup and also engage in regular care work. In this role, you will collaborate with other quality responsible nursing assistants at the facility. Your assignment includes coaching and supervising the staff in the workgroup you are responsible for.

QUALIFICATIONS

Trained nursing assistant. You must be able to present a professional certificate. Experience and knowledge of care and nursing are required. You have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and possess good computer skills.

Probationary employment may be applied. Karlskrona municipality works with full-time as the norm and offers 100% employment rate but with the possibility of part-time. Working hours are scheduled during day and evening hours on weekdays and weekends.
