The Eye Clinic in Blekinge has about 65 employees in various professional categories.

The operations are led by two department heads and one operations manager. We follow medical developments to provide our patients with good and safe care of high quality.

About the Job

As an Ophthalmic Nurse with us, you will work clinically with the usual tasks at an eye clinic. At our eye outpatient clinic, you will have a varied job and work alongside other ophthalmic nurses, doctors, orthoptists, optometrists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries in your daily routine. Initially, the tasks will be adapted based on your previous experience, and you will be offered a tailored introduction.

At the clinic, we work daytime, Monday to Friday, and duties may occur at both the eye outpatient clinics in Karlskrona and Karlshamn.

About You

We are looking for you who are an ophthalmic nurse or a general nurse with the ambition to further educate yourself as an ophthalmic nurse. Clinical work within ophthalmic care is an advantage.

As a person, you have an interest in technical devices in harmony with your interest in people. You have an unpretentious attitude, are solution-oriented, and are good at taking responsibility. You believe in team spirit and that we succeed as a team.
