JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be involved in starting up a service that will create the future of special housing. With modern technology and a salutogenic approach, we will together create a good quality of life for our tenants.

Our values are based on the belief that every person is unique and valuable. Your mission is based on the individual tenant, where you as a professional practitioner ensure quality and work to strengthen and support the tenant's abilities and resources from a salutogenic perspective.

Since the service is under development, you are expected to be flexible and open to new working methods, seeing development as something positive.

In your daily work, you will start from the contact person assignment, where you together with the tenant create an implementation plan to meet their individual needs. Through social documentation, you ensure the quality of care. The tasks include personal care, daily chores such as cleaning and laundry, medication management, various areas of responsibility, and healthcare interventions after delegation, including rehabilitation. A prerequisite for the tenants to receive the care they need is that you are delegated health and medical care tasks by the responsible nurse. Additionally, you will carry out social activities with our tenants, both in groups and individually.

QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant documentation proving approved caregiver training or trained nursing assistant. Proof of qualification as a nursing assistant must be presented.

Digital competence.

Experience in social documentation or record-keeping.

Proficient in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care, have worked in the operational systems Lifecare and APPVA, and have experience with the alarm system Phoniro.

Probationary employment may apply. Karlskrona Municipality works with full-time as the norm and offers 100% employment rate but with the possibility of part-time. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening on weekdays and weekends. Karlskrona Municipality works with collaborative shifts, which means that part of the working hours may be performed at another workplace.
