Are you a licensed nurse with at least 1 year of experience and ready for a new challenge? Then one of our two positions at the Anesthesia Clinic may be right for you.

Postoperative Unit

In the postoperative unit, which belongs to the intensive care department, you will work with patients who have just undergone surgery or various imaging examinations. You will follow the patient through the first postoperative phase, where the need for close monitoring is greatest.

The work involves continuously monitoring breathing, circulation, any bleeding, and providing pain relief. It also includes assessing and optimizing the patient's vital functions. We work person-centered, and the care is tailored to each patient's unique needs. You will work in a team around the patient and receive an individual introduction that safely prepares you for your tasks. This position is suitable for those who want to develop their knowledge of the postoperative phase and are curious about postoperative care and intensive care.

Preoperative Unit

In our preoperative unit, which belongs to the operating department, you will work to prepare patients for surgery. This means that you will, for example, set up IV lines, administer medications, and monitor the patient's vital parameters. You will also assist doctors with various procedures. Training in ultrasound-guided IV placement will be offered. You will work in a team around the patient and receive an individual introduction that safely prepares you for your tasks. This position is suitable for those who want to develop their knowledge in the preoperative area and are curious about surgical and anesthesia care.

In both departments, we value a pleasant working environment, where both patients and colleagues are the focus. We work towards closer collaboration between the preoperative unit and the postoperative unit, and in the future, rotation will be offered.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, with at least one year of professional experience. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and value engagement that is noticeable in everyday life, flexibility that allows you to adapt to different situations, accuracy in your work, and a good ability to collaborate with both patients and colleagues. If you also have an interest in intensive care, surgery, or anesthesia, we see these positions as an opportunity for you to gain insight into the field.
