1177 Blekinge by phone is a national service established throughout the country. We are available 24/7 to provide our residents with medical advice. Currently, we have 25 nurses and district nurses working with us in Blekinge.

About the job

At 1177, we work with the help of a national advisory support. Through a conversation process, you will answer questions, assess care needs, provide advice, and refer to the appropriate level of care. The conversation process is a structured and methodical tool for managing calls. No call is like another, making the work educational and challenging. You work independently but are part of a team characterized by experience, collaboration, and participation. As part of quality assurance and personal development, your own calls will be continuously followed up with the help of a conversation supervisor and trainer.

We have office spaces in Asarum and Ronneby. After working with us for a while, there is also the possibility of remote work.

We work 2 weekends in a 5-week period and about the same number of day and evening shifts. We have separately employed night nurses. The operation collaborates closely with Region Kalmar & Region Kronoberg.

About you

We are looking for a calm and stable person with good communication skills, who can take initiative and focus on the right things in the conversation with the care seeker. You have an understanding of people's different circumstances and can adapt your approach according to the recipient.

You are a licensed nurse - it is an advantage if you also have some form of specialist or further education. To be successful in the role, you have several years of experience in healthcare and are interested in technology and digitalization. When you start working with us, you will receive a solid introduction with both theoretical and practical training, together with our trainer.
