JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a planner, you will work closely with the unit manager and have tasks aimed at planning, optimizing, and managing staffing and schedules during planned and acute absences. The role also includes planning for the introduction of students, interns, substitutes, newly hired staff, and seasonal substitutes. As part of the assignment, it is necessary to cover in care and support work during acute absences if no other options are available, as well as continuously work in the operation to gain a relevant understanding of the operation's needs.

The planner works with relevant operational systems to adapt planning according to the operation's conditions. The planner works to set staffing requirements for new schedule periods and with the scheduling process. The planner should be able to daily adjust personnel resources based on the operation's needs and the unit manager's directives. Ensure that all clients have a contact person and plan time for the establishment and follow-up of implementation plans. The planner is also tasked with ensuring that the services the client is granted are scheduled in Life Care. Furthermore, the planner is to assist the unit manager in staffing the operation during absences and collaborate and be a backup for other planners within home care.

In the planner's administrative tasks, handling various computer systems that the administration works with, e.g., Heroma, Procapita, Life Care, Cosmic Link, and Phoniro is included.

In the role of planner, you need to be secure, loyal, and trustworthy with the ability to create good relationships. You are solution-focused, have good prioritization and collaboration skills, are stress-resistant, and flexible with the operation's and clients' best interests in mind. The work as a planner involves a lot of contacts, planning, and documentation, and therefore requires good computer skills, experience in handling IT systems, and the ability to express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Completed upper secondary education, with a focus on, for example, social sciences, care and support, economics, or equivalent.

Administrative experience. You also need to have several years of experience (at least three years) in tasks that the employer assesses as relevant to the assignment, such as similar administrative or coordinating tasks.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Meritorious:

It is an advantage if you have worked in care and support and have completed the one-year education "Administrator in Care and Support and Functional Support" leading to a higher vocational education degree.

It is also an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant.

You are expected to be a problem solver who can analyze situations, identify solutions, and develop effective, feasible strategies to overcome challenges.

You have the ability to organize and structure work effectively. You are good at prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources to achieve short- and long-term goals.

You are good at creating and strengthening collaborations internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and nurturing existing ones.
