Job Description – Your Role with Us

As a nurse with us, you will focus on the strengths of the patient and meet individual care needs according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You will make your own assessments, plan, and implement health and medical care interventions. The role includes responsibility for delegation, medication management, and guidance of nursing staff in medical matters. You will document in the Life Care system and work with both qualified care and palliative care. You are also expected to actively participate in the continuous improvement work of the organization.

The position involves a flexible schedule, allowing for a good balance between work and leisure.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with a few years of experience. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working interdisciplinary. You are confident in working independently and making your own decisions, while also being flexible, solution-oriented, and having a good attitude. You also have the ability to lead and support nursing staff in medical matters.
