RESPONSIBILITIES

In your daily work, you will start from the contact personnel assignment, where you, together with the tenant, create an implementation plan to meet their individual needs. Through social documentation, you ensure the quality of care. The tasks include, for example, personal care, daily chores such as cleaning and laundry, medication management, various responsibilities, and healthcare interventions after delegation, including rehabilitation. A prerequisite for tenants to receive the care they need is that you are delegated health and medical tasks by the responsible nurse. Additionally, you will carry out social activities with our tenants, both in groups and individually, within the framework of your assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proof of protected professional title, care assistant
• Digital competence
• Experience in social documentation or record-keeping
• Proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
