HR Administrator at Region Värmland

Do you want to work with HR administration and contribute to Region Värmland's efforts in competence supply? As an HR administrator, you will play a central role in developing our administrative HR processes that support the operations.

Your Workplace

As an HR administrator within the Competence Supply Unit, you will be part of Region Värmland's HR organization. The unit consists of about 20 employees, and in total, we are around 90 people who together make up the region's HR function. In the Competence Supply Unit, HR consultants, HR strategists, and HR administrators work together to develop and support the organization's long-term competence supply. The group's mission is broad and varied, encompassing both strategic development work and operational support in recruitment processes, in close collaboration with the operations.

Your Tasks

We are looking for two HR administrators. In the advertisement, we describe tasks that both positions share, but also some that are specific to each position.

As an HR administrator with us, you will have a varied and developing administrative assignment focusing on HR administration. Part of our mission is to ensure the quality of advertisements in our recruitment tool and to support the operations; we are also responsible for the administration of hiring physicians and some management of short-term substitutes.

You will also contribute to other HR administrative tasks, such as the release of public documents, administration of foreign recruitment, and management of personnel registers. The role gives you the opportunity to actively develop and streamline our HR processes, allowing you to help shape how we work.

Your Knowledge and Competence

We are looking for someone with an academic education in HR and at least one year of work experience. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking.

To fit in the role, you are structured and can handle several parallel processes at the same time. We believe you are curious and driven to develop and streamline administrative processes. You find it easy to take initiative, are service-oriented, flexible, and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. We would also like you to have experience working with substitute management. It is important for us to find the right person for the assignment, so we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
