About the Job

In this position, you will work at our three clinics for Young People's Mental Health in Borås and Marks municipalities, with the opportunity to work digitally some days a week. In your role as a curator, you will be responsible for psychosocial care and therapeutic conversations focusing on mental health with children, young people, and their parents. Psychoeducational interventions are an important part of our operations. Collaboration with others involved in the children's lives is very central to our workplace. It is important that you are used to expressing yourself in writing, as assessments and in-depth evaluations that may lead to referral writing are an important part of our work.

We also wish that you enjoy both independent work and teamwork and that you are willing to work with our interventions both individually and in groups, as this is an indispensable part of our operations.

About You

You are a licensed health and medical care curator and have at least 1 year of documented experience from therapeutic conversations with children and young people. Previous experience from working in primary care is meritorious, as well as other areas relevant to our target group, such as work with mental health for the target group in schools or within specialized care.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role as you will meet many different patients. It is important that you can build trusting relationships with both patients, colleagues, and other partners. You are flexible, creative, and can think outside traditional frameworks. Other

Your main employment will be at Young People's Mental Health Södra Torget Borås, but you will also serve at the other units for Young People's Mental Health in Borås and Marks municipalities. The degree of employment is according to agreement between 60-100%.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
