Would you like to work at a small preschool run as an intrapreneur on Köpstadsö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago? We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Kössö Bryggvägs preschool. Here you will have the opportunity to work with a small group of children, a preschool dog, and close to nature. As we are an intrapreneurship, we have greater opportunity and freedom to manage our operations but also increased responsibility. In addition to the educational work, we also share responsibilities for cooking, cleaning, personnel, and finances.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the operations according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

You should be flexible and solution-focused as we are responsible for boat logistics for picking up and dropping off children. Since we cook all meals from scratch, it is a plus if you feel comfortable in the kitchen and have a sustainability mindset.
