Welcome to the health center for all of life's needs! Strängnäs Health Center is a stable, constantly developing facility with broad expertise and an open climate. The health center has approximately 15,000 registered patients and is a region-driven operation.

At the health center, we work in teams, and you will be part of one of our teams. This approach promotes close collaboration between different professional groups and creates good conditions for knowledge exchange, security, and continuity for both staff and patients.

Here, there are highly trained nurses with clinics specializing in asthma/COPD, heart failure, and diabetes. We have a memory team and coordinating nurses. Access to physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, psychologists, and social workers is also available. There is also a unit for SSIH – specialized healthcare at home, as well as BHV at the family center.

Together with other health centers in Strängnäs municipality, we staff the primary care emergency service that operates during the day at the health center on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse with us, you will have a multifaceted role in close collaboration with the various professions at the health center. Regular duties include telephone counseling in Tele Q/chat and varied work at the clinic. Here, you will be able to take your own initiatives and work both independently and in a team. You will be able to utilize your full competence! There is also an opportunity for professional development, and for those who wish, there is a chance to deepen their knowledge in a specific area over time. We offer a flexible working approach with the possibility of working from home for certain parts of the position and an individually tailored schedule.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. Personal suitability is highly valued. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is essential.

Employment Type

Temporary employment to cover parental leave on a full-time basis, but the degree of employment can be discussed. Start date by agreement.
