About the position

Responsibilities:

• Service interventions, HSL interventions, and care according to assistance decisions

• Documentation according to current routines

• Collaboration with managers, colleagues, relatives, and other professionals

The working hours are days, evenings, and weekends according to the schedule.

We may have clients who smoke or have pets.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant, nursing assistant, or has experience in elderly care/home care and wants to work with us in Nyköping municipality.

We wish that you have good local knowledge of Nyköping municipality.

The position is initially a needs-based employment, but the goal is a fixed-term or permanent employment.

Requirements:

• B driver's license

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language – both spoken and written

• Ability to work independently and make decisions

• Good collaboration skills and a professional approach

• Responsible, flexible, and secure in the professional role
