About Us

Welcome to City Health Center! We are a healthcare center with approximately 17,800 registered patients and around 70 employees. The health center is centrally located with good commuting options. We are now looking for an additional psychologist to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

As a psychologist at City Health Center, you will be part of the psychosocial team, which currently consists of three psychologists and two social workers. We have a well-functioning team with good collaboration. Your main responsibilities will include assessments and treatment interventions for patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. We strive to offer a quick assessment time followed by treatment according to a stepped care model. In our base, we provide psychoeducational lectures as well as shorter individual interventions. Furthermore, we offer various forms of group therapy and targeted individual treatment interventions. We also provide several different treatment programs within Internet CBT.

You will also be part of one of the health center's three base teams, which consists of a doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist or social worker, and medical secretary. These teams are designed to offer a stable healthcare contact and more cohesive care for patients who need it. The health center actively works with organizational development, and as a psychologist, your expertise in organizational development is valued. External supervision is offered regularly.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed psychologist. Experience in primary care and/or CBT/ACT is an advantage. We place great importance on personal qualities, where good collaboration skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently are highly valued.

Permanent position with start date by agreement.
