We are now looking for a licensed nurse full-time (100%) to Villa Stallgången in Eskilstuna.

We are a nursing home with 60 places – 30 dementia places and 30 somatic places – where quality, safety, and respect for the individual are at the center.

An important and independent role

As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the operation. You are the spider in the web around the residents' health and medical care efforts and have an overall responsibility to ensure safe and high-quality care.

You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed, conducting regular risk assessments and follow-ups, and working systematically with quality assurance. The role allows great freedom to plan and structure your workday, while you have close collaboration with colleagues and management.

Teamwork with short decision-making paths

At Villa Stallgången, you work in a multidisciplinary team together with care assistants, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, group leaders, and activity pedagogues.

An important part of your role is to guide and coach the care staff in health and medical care issues. Together, you create the best conditions for each resident's quality of life.

We have close leadership and short decision-making paths. Your manager is available in everyday life, and one of the nurses is part of the local management team, which provides good opportunities to influence the development of the operation.
