About Us

Welcome to the healthcare center for all of life's needs! Healthcare Center Strängnäs is a stable, constantly developing healthcare center with broad expertise and an open climate. The center has approximately 15,000 registered patients and is a region-driven operation.

At our healthcare center, we work in teams, and you will be part of one of our teams. This approach promotes close collaboration between different professional groups and creates good conditions for knowledge exchange, security, and continuity for both staff and patients.

We have specialized nurses with clinics in asthma/COPD, heart failure, and diabetes. We have a memory team and coordinating nurses. There is access to physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, psychologists, and social workers. There is also a unit for SSIH – specialized healthcare at home, as well as BHV at the family center.

Together with other healthcare centers in Strängnäs municipality, we staff the primary care emergency service that operates during the day at the healthcare center on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse with us, you will have a multifaceted role in close collaboration with the various professions at the healthcare center. Regular work includes telephone counseling in Tele Q/chat and varied work at the clinic. Here, you will take your own initiatives and work both independently and in teams. You will be able to use your full competence! There is also an opportunity for professional development, and for those who wish, there is a chance to specialize in a specific area over time. We offer a flexible working method with the possibility of working from home for certain parts of the position and an individually adapted schedule.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. Personal suitability is highly valued. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Permanent position with start date according to agreement.
