Registered Nurse Wanted at Bolindergården

Are you a qualified nurse with at least one year of experience in the role? Are you looking for a varied job where you can take responsibility and independently plan your work to provide good care for patients? Then this position might be for you!

Together with two other nurses, you will be responsible for the health and medical care work at Bolindergården. One of our team members is going on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for someone to join us. The temporary position is planned from March 1 to August 31 this year, with a possible extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will work with person-centered care and lead the municipal health and medical care efforts. You will use medical technology and evidence-based tools to provide the best possible care. You will be responsible for assessments, identifying risks, and mapping patients' needs for care interventions.

The work involves close collaboration with other nurses and professional groups, both internally and externally, to ensure that patients' care needs are met. The tasks are varied and developing as our patients have different needs and diagnoses. The units have a digital innovation focus and are forward-thinking to meet the future's close care and person-centered working methods.

You will primarily work during the day and have about 1-2 on-call shifts in the evening and on weekends over a six-week period.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and feel confident in your professional role to make assessments and take quick decisions. If you have worked with the elderly multi-sick target group, it is an advantage. You need to have good computer skills and experience working with journal systems. If you enjoy instructing and mentoring staff pedagogically, you will fit in with us. For the position, you need to have a B driver's license and driving experience.
