WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE AS A CARE ASSISTANT ENTAIL?

Your tasks involve personal care, daily chores, medication management, and various responsibilities. You actively work with case management, implementation plans, and social documentation where good relationships and a salutogenic approach are in focus. You will travel to our clients in Trosa, Vagnhärad, and Västerljung using a service bicycle or service car.

As an employee with us, you are involved in shaping the future of home care, with curiosity about smart solutions. We have recently started an intensive home rehabilitation team (IHR) within home care aimed at increasing quality of life and health. For your own development, we offer ongoing internal training at our clinical training center (KTC) where the high-tech care doll Anne is our loyal patient.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are a trained care assistant with a genuine interest in people and care. As a person, you are curious and open to learning more. You have the ability to read people, adapt your behavior, and act professionally in every situation. Creating positive encounters for both clients and relatives comes naturally to you.

You take initiative and are happy to come up with new ideas and suggestions. If your colleagues were to describe you, they would say that others feel safe with you and that you inspire trust. You care about contributing to a positive atmosphere in your work team and collectively creating a good work environment.

You are/have:

• trained care assistant
• experience in social care, health and medical interventions for the elderly, and familiarity with working with people with dementia diagnoses
• good computer and documentation skills
• proficient in expressing yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• driving license (B)

It is an advantage if you are/have:

• experience in receiving delegated tasks from licensed personnel
• documented experience in working with case management and individual implementation plans
